So I’m really desperate to pick up a great new TV to complete the home theater remodeling we just finished up at the house, but I’m a little turned off by the amazingly high prices of the sets I’d consider. I heard something about buying a refurbished LCD TV from a buddy of mine, but I’m not exactly sure what they are or if they’re really good deals or not. I want to save some money, but I don’t want to wind up with a garbage set. Anyone know what to look for here?
